HCC Blog concerns itself with all things related to Medicare Advantage risk adjustment. Currently, over 10 million Americans are being cared for by MA plans.  As the population ages and the health care payment model evolves to reward those providers and insurers that promote quality of care for the sickest, it will be important to strive for continuous improvement in efficiency and quality of health care delivery.  Relatedly, it will be critical to improve documentation and data gathering in order to support such quality improvements.
