What are your thoughts on the value of doing home assessments on certain populations of MA patients?

Probably a win-win for all involved. Patients probably like the extra attention, MA plans are likely to find that these patients need extra care coordination and are rich sources of HCC codes. Many vendors are out there providing this service, such as:
